Here are a few samples. These are 192khz files so they will take a little longer to download. Well worth it.

Style: Emo with Alt Country undertones
Band: Day of Lions
Album: Day of Lions
Song:
To Be Alone

Notes: One guitar part and the drums were recorded together. The additional guitar parts and vocals were
overdubbed. There's no bass on this record but the way Gena played the lower strings gave the sound
enough low-end.

Style: Metal/Stoner Rock
Band: Hauler
Album: Unreleased pre-production demo
Song:
Poppin Pills and Climbin Hills

Notes: This is a preproduction recording so the band can hear how their new songs sound before they go
to the big time studio. This song was recorded in a single take except for the vocals. Note the grungy guitar
sound - it's a little too distorted for what they were aiming for.

Style: Emo with Electronica influence
Band: Bryan Free and the Day of Lions
Album: Split cd/ep
Song:
Lilith

Notes: This is off the "split" with Bryan, Aaron, and Gena. This song has a combination of drum machine
and real drumming giving it an interesting feel.

Style: Emo with Alt Country Undertones
Band: Bryan Free and the Day of Lions
Album: Split cd/ep
Song:
Wish

Notes: Bryan's piano, bass, and trombone add a lot to this song. I'm particularly pleased with how the trombones
morph into the backup vocals during the chorus and how the piano builds to such a great climax at the end.
This song has greater dynamics than 95% of the music coming out today. It's a shame that record labels feel
they have to squash the dynamics out of everything so it will sound a little louder on the radio.

Style: Emo/Pop
Band: Revenge of Me
Album: Wait! Wait! Here Comes Tomorrow!
Song:
No Mistake

Notes: Recorded on my older 4-Track setup. Matt's drumming is very tight which made this project a pleasure.

Style: Guitar Rock
Band: Experimental Earth
Album: Demo
Song:
EE2

Notes: Kevin's guitar was recorded through his effects pedals directly into the board. The kick-ass drum sound
is what you get when the heads are new, the drums are tuned, and there's an expert on the throne.

Style: Bizarre
Band: The Doctor & His Peppers
Album: Unreleased
Song:
Blackbird Pie

Notes: This is what happens when several sleep-deprived musicians don't have anything better to do but drink
too much cold medicine. Members of HAULER, DAY OF LIONS, REVENGE OF ME, HELLEPHANT and GRIEVOUS.
